She is certified in Trauma-informed Yoga, as well as Hatha and Vinyasa styles. She has experience working with diverse communities, including autistic kids, families, and 1:1 with trauma-impacted individuals. She has practiced yoga for more than 20 years and regularly practices hot Power Yoga.
