I specialize in adaptive and yin style yoga I started my teaching journey practicing yoga with my sister Lauren who is on the autism spectrum I recognized early on that yoga looks different on every body and thats the beauty of it! I aim to create and hold space for yogis at all levels with a special emphasis on adaptive classes for those who are neurodivergent disabled or working through physical or emotional injury I am certified in vinyasa yin and trauma-informed yoga I aim to meet with each student before their first class for ten minutes virtually so that I may design sequences and modifications to meet your unique needs and goals Please feel free to book a free minute consultation with me or drop-in for a group class!
