Taylor fell in love with yoga in 2018 at Element Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness (formerly Inner Spring Yoga).
After a few years of practicing, and working a job at the front desk, a literal last minute opportunity arose for Taylor to sub a class, and from then on she knew she was meant to teach. Taylor completed her teacher training program at Element Yoga in 2022 and has been teaching ever since. In 2023 she took on the role of Studio Manager and has since helped organize events and activities for the community such as Raise the Vibe Festival in 2024. Taylor's teaching is heavily inspired by her mentor, Carrie Klaus, the Owner/Director of Element Yoga, an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and E-RYT 500. Taylor aims to make her classes challenging but also accessible to her students and often incorporates philosophical themes into her classes. She also loves to teach beginners yoga and introduce, or reintroduce people to the amazing path yoga offers us all.
