Taylor found her love for the practice of yoga through her search to find peace in her own body and mind. Taylor focuses on teaching mindful attention to alignment, while uniting breath and movement. Her yoga practice is a fusion of Yin and Vinyasa flow, while incorporating wisdom from ancient spiritual yogic texts. A forever student, Taylor continues to learn and grow in her yoga practice adding tools to her toolbox to incorporate into life and teach to others.
