Teresa owns Santosha Yoga Center, LLC, in Sheridan, Wyoming. She focuses on guiding her clients and students in body-friendly, stress-reducing, awareness-enhancing and relaxation practices, including Hatha Yoga Vinyasa classes as well as one-on-one work.
