She has been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and teaching yoga for over 35 years. She is also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), with additional special 85-hour prenatal yoga training. Teresa owns Santosha Yoga Center, LLC, in Sheridan, Wyoming. She focuses on guiding her clients and students in body-friendly, stress-reducing, awareness-enhancing and relaxation practices, including Hatha Yoga Vinyasa classes as well as one-on-one work.
