Teresa Johnson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School.
She is a 200YTT graduate of the Lexington Healing Arts Academy. Teresa continued on with her 500YTT at The Essence of Yoga Center, directed by Amanda McMaine, in Richmond, KY. She graduated with her advanced yoga teaching certificate in October of 2018. Teresa reenrolled in the Essence of Yoga Center for a second lap of the 500YTT, to update her knowledge through continued education, led once again by Yoga Master, Amanda McMaine. Teresa graduated from advanced yoga teacher training for the second time in spring 2023. Teresa most recently became a certified meditation teacher through the Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher Training with davidji, Carlsbad, California. Teresa owns and operates SoulRebeLex Wellness, a complete holistic center in Lexington, KY. She is the program director/owner of SoulScapes By SoulScapes, registered Yoga School (RYS200) through the Yoga Alliance. In her free time, Teresa spends her days in one of the thirteen private home gardens she maintains in central KY, along with caretaking all the live plants located inside of the Fayette Mall. :-)
