Rowe" Hi there! "Hello Sunny Sunshines" is the greeting at the beginning of my classes. I believe the sun is always shining somewhere even if you can't see it right now. My classes encourage self awareness and focus on anatomical alignment, breathing, the chakras, core conditioning, and exploration of your movement. My favorite sayings are "Calm & Strong" and "Have Fun". Yoga has transformed my life and I hope that I inspire others!
