Teri Macias RYT - teaching since certified in "Relax & Renew" by Judith Hanson Lasater and "Trauma Sensitive Yoga" by David Emerson While I genuinely love teaching a variety of yoga classes Ive discovered a passion and a talent for offering students a restorative and nurturing practice Creating a safe comfortable space to be in their own body doing what it will do inviting an awareness of the breath and suggesting acceptance of what "is" thats me Thats what I do best But wait theres more I also rock at beginner classes I love love love breaking things down to the basics helping students overcome their fear of the unknown by guiding them to their optimal expression of the pose Its so exciting to be present for the beginning of a yogis journey; I am always honored to witness guide and support!
