I love creating a welcoming space where you can explore your unique strengths without judgment My classes are a blend of gentle Hatha and Somatic movements from my ongoing Yoga North SomaYoga Teacher Training They are designed to help you find balance in your day a connection with yourself and maybe even a little laughter Through my teaching I strive to foster a community where everyone feels seen accepted and can build healthy relationships with themselves and those around them When Im not teaching you might catch me singing karaoke dancing like nobodys watching making various art projects or relaxing with my husband and my beloved bearded dragon!.
