I started practicing Yoga in 1997, and I've been instructing students and supporting them on their path toward a more peaceful, joyful, abundant and balanced life since 2005.
I'm knowledgeable and committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where students can explore the deep tradition of Yoga. I have a gentle, but strong and focused approach in teaching Hatha Yoga. I guide practitioners of all ages, gender and abilities to their highest potential through the authentic practices of Yoga. I explore breath with movement, energy, and alignment to bring balance to the physical and energetic body. By the end of class students have switched gears and are calm, meditative, and refreshed. I enjoy using light, inspiring music, and adapt the class to the student’s skill level. Also an artist, I create art and animations. I am currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT, which means that I’ve completed their yoga teacher training as an active Registered Yoga Teacher.
