Therese Crews is co-chair of the Dance Department at the College of Lake County CLC where she teaches both dance and yoga courses She is the Lead Faculty for CLCs Yoga Teacher Training Program A Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance she also holds undergraduate degrees in Theater and English Literature and a Master in Fine Arts from Temple University Crews has performed for both theatre and dance companies throughout the United States including the Texas Shakespeare Festival Ausdruckstanz Dance Theatre Steves House Dance Collective Virginia Ballet Company and Synthesis Motion Theater which she co-founded Besides CLC Crews has taught and choreographed for many universities and art schools including The Governors High School for the Performing Arts the University of Chicago and The Field Museum of Chicago She is an active member of the National Yoga Alliance the Association for Theater Movement Educators and the National Dance Education Organization.
