About Terry Gustas pronouns she her hers I have been teaching yoga in different settings around the Pittsburgh area since ; including credit and non -credit classes at the Community College of Allegheny County recreation centers yoga studios private homes and gyms I bring a variety of yoga schools of thought including Ashtanga Kripalu Iyengar and flow yoga for the best benefit of the yoga practitioners present I am registered E-RT and am also a Registered Nurse and has a Masters Degree in Nursing Education: where I published a Masters Thesis entitled Yoga for Stress Reduction in Nursing Students Currently I teach a Beginner/Intermediate yoga class at a Community Recreation Dept  Why Beginner/Intermediate Yoga with Terry Gustas? Yoga unites the body the spirit and the mind in a way that eases tension and promotes health Regular practice improves breathing increases endurance and promotes mindfulness This multi-level class offers the practitioner opportunities to be present and explore each moment.
