Add on my battle with Anxiety & Depression as the cherry on top. Then Yoga & Meditation came into my life and has been my greatest healing tool. With yoga we don't use our bodies to get into a pose, we use the pose to into our bodies. Meditation is the time to be still and allow love and light to surround you. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. Mahalo Namaste
