I’m Tiffany, and I have been practicing yoga for fifteen years, both on and off the mat.
At first, it began as a way to sneak in a workout before school but quickly became a way of life. Not only has yoga become a large part of my life, but I have also found healing and wellness through my Ayurvedic studies. I am a mother to two amazing boys who are full of life and energy. They keep me on my toes, to say the least. Before my sons were born, I studied Early Childhood Education in hopes to become a kindergarten teacher. However, life has pulled me in this new and exciting direction of natural healing. The 200-hour YTT has allowed me to dive deeper into my purest self and discover my true dharma in this life. I specialize in Ayurvedic Nutrition, Yoga Therapy, and lifestyle coaching. I believe that the future is full of light and wonder if we simply shift our perceptions in a way that honors our inner selves and invites positivity.
