Hello!!! I have been on my yoga journey for an amazing 13 years! Enjoying the enlightenment it’s brought not only to my practice, but to my life as well! Yoga to me is a lifestyle that helps your inner self to shine and spread kindness and love into the world around us! On the mat I enjoy working through my vinyasa practice as well as enjoying a nice restorative class! I started with a strong love for ashtanga and learned each day that I had a love for all the facets of asana practice! I decided to strengthen my own practice along with wanting to give back to the community what yoga has given to me by taking on the wonderful journey completing my RYT500 and RCYT training with a strong curiosity of teaching kids yoga, senior/chair yoga, special needs, veterans, as well as overall wellness!!
