In my classes, I encourage the importance of learning about thyself by exploring the Mind, Heart, and Body connection. Going inward using mindfulness techniques throughout the practice. The practice of going inward and exploring what is coming up and how you are experiencing the world in a human body results in the development and connection to your Intuition and Psychic perceptions. A part of you that has always been there but has been conditioned to take a back seat to everything else going on in your life.
