Tim Smith, RYT 200 First found yoga in 2015 as relief from back pain.
During a particularly rough chapter in his life he discovered yoga helped him to detach from his inner dialogue(monkey mind) if at first only for a few moments. Yoga brought some "calm" to an otherwise stressful and busy life. He soon realized the emotional, mental, and spiritual healing of a consistent practice. In 2023 he dove deeper be becoming a certified yoga teacher. Tim enjoys the benefits of balancing physical movements, postures and breath through a dynamic vinyass flow.
