Passionate about yoga passionate about energy work Tina Kiernan is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance YA acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS I completed my yoga teacher training in with Lex Gillan through the Yoga Institute of Houston and joined Yoga Alliance in I have taken various workshops through the Long Island Yoga Association Kripalu and Karma Kids Yoga At Kripalu Ive attended trainings with Yogiraj Alan Finger Randal Williams Yoganand Michael Carroll Todd Norian Lakshmi Voelker and most recently with Tymi Howard Ive completed levels and of Phoenix Rising Yoga which is a hands-on interactive yoga modality designed to release emotions and further deepen an individuals practice In July of I completed a hour Teen Yoga Teaching Intensive in NYC with Karma Kids Yoga to better allow me to adapt yoga practices to teenagers and kids Besides being a RYT I offer an active shamanic Reiki practice conducting private sessions for individuals based on a combination of Reiki and indiginous culture techniques My study of shamanism and Reiki dates back to I am a Reiki Master and have studied with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies the Four Winds Society and Toning the Om among others.
