The curiosity shows up in my unending love for learning and discovering new ways to develop a strong, flexible, and sustainable body and mind that work cohesively. The passion occurs when these are in balance and we can hear the whispers of the soul. The love shows up with a dedicated practice of yoga, meditation, and a connection to the light that shines within us all. I have learned to work through yoga in good times and challenging ones as well. I teach both private and public classes. Focusing at this point in my career with students over the age of 50. Using strategies to make the benefits of yoga fun, accessible, understandable, and applicable for varying physical challenges for an aging body. really is the gift of this life changing, art and science. YOGA FOR ALL and ALWAYS! My teaching experience includes teaching in gyms, private fitness centers, schools, private lessons, and small classes in my home. My forte is meeting the needs of the individual students in my classes. Students feel that each of their individual needs are important and experience in a short time the wonderful benefits of this practice. Tina Levine 2023
