I love guiding students of all levels toward greater physical vitality, mental clarity, and inner balance — both on and off the mat.Whether we're flowing through sun salutations or exploring mindful breathwork, my classes are designed to support self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth in a supportive, down-to-earth way.When I’m not teaching yoga, you can find me cycling outdoors, leading high-energy indoor cycling classes, experimenting with new plant-based recipes in the kitchen, or out in nature capturing moments as a wildlife photography enthusiast.
