I specializes in slow, alignment focused hatha yoga. I'm also a Certified Level 2 Warriors At Ease Trauma Informed & Adaptive Yoga Teacher. Additionally, I'm an A.C.E. Certified Group Fitness Instructor and am Red Cross certified in both CPR and AED. I own Yoga With TinaH. I offer classes, and private sessions for both individuals & small groups. My mission is to show others that anyone can do yoga, no matter their size, shape, age, or physical ability. I strive to make my classes be judgement free spaces where everyone feels welcome and free to explore what their body will allow them to do. I offer pose variations, with & without the use of props, throughout the practice to help make each pose accessible to everyone. I also offer options to take poses to the next level for those who want a bit more intensity or challenge.
