After graduating from Iowa State University I relocated to Nevada where I have resided since Having been interested in yoga since college I obtained my RYT- in October then continued my studies by attending weekend retreats for Yoga Nidra and Kundalini In March I completed my second yoga certification for SomaYoga My teaching style reflects the blend of my yoga training integrating breathwork deliberate movement and mindfulness In September I also obtained my Reiki One certification When not teaching I can be found snuggled with my kitties while reading a book or in nature paddleboarding boating hiking and camping.
