Yoga is a path to psychological and physical healing My passion is to teach individuals how to tap into inner healing power though yogic practice I am an IAYT certified yoga therapist having completed my training with the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Science and Research in Indore India I completed my -hour yoga teacher training with The Yoga and Ayurveda Center in Bangor PA USA and my -hour advanced training with the Vedansha Institute of Vedic Science in Rishikesh India I am also a registered leader with Yoga of -Step Recovery "YSR" holding safe space for people to help with addictions and recovery.
