TONI WILKEY teaches a strong, upbeat, well-rounded vinyasa flow class set to inspiring music ranging from electronic, indie, alternative, reggae, to classic rock.
While her classes are challenging to enhance overall strength, toning and flexibility, she gives clear instruction & alignment cues to ensure challenging postures are practiced safely and offers plenty of options to modify poses to fit what your body or spirit needs today. Toni is widely known for her motivational life messages, her music and for filling some of the largest group classes in Orange County. She received her teacher training through YogaWorks in 2004 and has served as a mentor teacher for the Orange County YogaWorks 500 hour teacher training professional program. In addition to her Yogaworks training, Toni has mentored under Geo Takoma Moskios, the founder of Power Yoga. Her teaching style is also influenced & inspired by Vinnie Marino, Bryan Kest & Baron Baptiste. Toni believes yoga is for everyone. She teaches a wide range of students: teens, college students, active seniors, Dads, Moms, Olympic athletes, TV news anchors, actors, Authors, physicians, cancer patients & survivors, high school students, college students, stay at homes, professionals, couples, families who practice together, yoga teachers and yoga teacher trainees. She has also currently yoga trainer to the UCLA Women’s Water Polo team.
