Torre Hinnant

She has completed training in Hatha yoga, Raja Yoga, and Meditation through The Integral Yoga Institute. She has also completed teacher training with Rainbow Kids Yoga and is certified in Yoga of the Heart as taught by Nischala Joy Devi. She is a certified Restorative Breathwork Facilitator as well. She teaches private and group classes and workshops and enjoys sharing her love of yoga with others. Torre is a board certified medical doctor and is especially interested in yoga as a form of stress reduction, injury prevention, immune support, and positive life change. She has taught in a variety of venues and has a gift for translating the science of yoga into understandable terms to reach diverse populations.
