About

Tracey is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Group Fitness Instructor, and Ayurvedic Health Coach.

Her personal yoga practice began over 30 years ago as a complement to running and heavy weightlifting in her teens. After completing her yoga teacher training and stepping into the role of guiding others, her passion for precise alignment, intelligent sequencing, and the wisdom of Ayurveda truly came alive.Tracey weaves the fluid movement of Vinyasa with the thoughtful precision of Iyengar-inspired alignment, all set to a fun and engaging playlist. Deeply inspired by yoga philosophy, she thoughtfully infuses elements of The Yoga Sutras into every class. While she enjoys crafting creative and challenging Vinyasa flows that keep students engaged, what she finds most fulfilling is making the practice accessible to everyBODY.With an emphasis on presence and awareness, Tracey creates a supportive and safe space for students to explore every corner of their mat, meet challenges with grace, and deepen their connection to both body and mind. She is equally passionate about health and wellness as she is spending time with her husband and children, enjoying live music, and getting lost in a great book.
