Traci started her fitness journey in She did her first Fitness certification through Fitness Resources group fitness in and has been teaching and learning ever since She has directed and Coordinated Fitness Programs at Adam & Eve Fitness Center Merrimack NH and Nashua Athletic club Nashua NH She was also voted Best Local Fitness Trainer in by the Keene Sentinel readers Choice awardsf She is the owner and Founder of Trinity Fitness Studio in Peterborough a NH A private one on one studio helping clients reach and achieve their fitness goals in a private one on one setting Traci is a certified AFAA group fitness instructor since and AFAA Personal trainer since she has over years of teaching experience Traci completed her hr yoga teacher training in May and is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance She has recently achieved her hr Yoga for Athletes training and hr Divine sleep Yoga Nidra training with the renowned Jennifer Reis Master trainer at the Kripalu Center Yoga continues to be her passion and her happy place Traci encourages students to come join her outside their comfort zone and find acceptance of themselves in their practice She enjoys being playful and challenging while also bringing alignment awareness to her classes She is a certified instructor for Les Mills International Programs including; Body Combat & Body Pump she has is also a licensed ZUMBA Basic and Zumba Toning Aqua Zumba and Zumba Kids Zumba Gold Sentao Zumba step instructor since She holds certifications with Barre Above and Balance pointe Barre Mad Dog Athletics Spin AAU Boxing certified AFAA Kickboxing Fierce Funk Resist-a-ball and TRX Suspension training Traci is known to utilize her professional background and group fitness teaching experience to provide her participants with a challenging educational supportive and fun fitness experience Her commitment to personal fitness and fitness instruction demonstrates her belief that regular exercise is part of a balanced lifestyle Traci currently teaches several styles of fitness classes including ZUMBA Aquasize Aqua Yoga Group strength HiiT Barre Boot camp Tabata Yoga Kickboxing TRX suspension training Step spinning Balance Ball Yoga for Athletes Divine sleep yoga nidra My goal is to provide the knowledge personality and energy to safely engage all participants in my classes regardless of their fitness level.
