My name is Traci and I’ve been practicing yoga, meditation and pranayama (breath work) for over 10 years and teaching for more than 9 years.
I have accumulated over 1,700 teaching hours since becoming certified. Yoga and yoga philosophy have given light to my dream of helping to guide others to finding health and peace within their bodies. I reside in Indiana with my husband and 17 year old son. Through yoga, I’ve been able help give my son the confidence to break out of his shell to try new things. For me, yoga is at the start of every new adventure, new challenge and new beginning. My practice has given me the tools to identify and overcome obstacles in myself, as well as given me the words and outlet to manage my own stress and help those around me do the same. Yoga is an powerful tool that is accumulative. That means if you don't work it won't, this has been the hardest lesson to learn and I'm still learning.
