I have been practicing yoga for my entire adult life and completed a hr RYT program at Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia PA where we practiced basic alignment based in the Ashtanga heritage and incorporated it into a Vinyasa flow Lead by Diana and John Vitarelli along side Noelle Connolly and a handful of wonderful humans After earning the certification in February I took the Primary Series workshop at the Ashtanga Yoga School of Philadelphia taught by Meghan Kirk and lead by David Garrigues I continue my Mysore practice at home and look to continue deepening my practice with monthly meditation workshops and pranayama classes Yoga is my way of life It has taught me discipline spiritual strength and commitment to myself I want to share that with the world.
