I am a yoga teacher and yoga student always My philosophy regarding the practice of yoga is to meet my students wherever they are in their body mind and spirt each time they arrive on their mat My flow style is to embrace and give grace and kindness to ourselves as we move through our postures connecting our breath to our bodies and giving and allowing my student to be exactly where they are Easing into the practice and growing with their practice each time they arrive I am an older yogini and did not begin yoga until I was about ish but once I arrived on the mat I knew this practice is what was missing from my life My desire is to teach love and kindness and to accept ourselves as we are day to day I embrace everyBODY and everyPERSON everyday I strive to build a safe place for all that wish to take my classes and know they are accepted just as they are.
