I completed my hour teacher training with Seacoast Power Yoga in and went on to complete my hour training with Annie Q s LivFree Power Yoga in to become RYT certified I am Trained in Power Vinyassa Yoga Restorative Yoga Yin Yoga and currently enrolled in a trauma informed training I am a Holy Fire II Reiki Master and offer Reiki Trainings monthly Former owner of Exeter Power Yoga & Healing Center from - I sold my Yoga studio so that I could get back to focussing on Teaching Yoga and teaching helping other teachers to lead authentically I am currently managing and teaching at Seacoast Power Yoga in North Hampton New Hampshire It is my honour to call this my job!.
