Tracy Lease is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance As a little girl Tracy turned upside down and twisted constantly practicing yoga like most kids do-- but her parents knew nothing about yoga at the time and put her in gymnastics Tracy first studied yoga with Iyengar teachers Maya Salganek  and Lynne Minton and later met Sundari Lucey who taught her about Anusara yoga  She completed six Anusara immersions and her teacher training with Todd Norian and Ann Greene taking anatomy from Martin Kirk and philosophy from Douglas Brooks during the training Tracy has also enjoyed weekend workshops with Sarahjoy Marsh and Father Joe Periera and continued advanced training with Sundari Lucey  She continued advanced training with Sarahjoy and is in an hour yoga therapy training now Tracy also completed her Pilates Methods Alliance Certification in May and is certified as a classical Pilates teacher Tracy has taught semesters of yoga at University of Alaska Fairbanks and  she also taught at Infinite Yoga and Heart Stream Yoga in Fairbanks Alaska before starting Mindful Movement and teaching independent class sessions to students   She has also taught at Yoga on Little in Driggs Idaho and Akasha Yoga in Jackson Hole Wyoming Esalen Institute Big Sur California and Kinfolk Yoga Grass Valley California Tracy owned and directed Full Life Yoga Studio in Nevada City CA until Covid forced the studio to close Tracy now teaches classes on Zoom and will be teaching in-person workshops and sessions when things open up  Tracy a long-time school teacher loves teaching  She watches students closely and offers workshops to respond to student questions and requests  Tracy teaches from the heart sharing the practices she loves and she continues her own journey on the path of yoga.
