Their passion for yoga began in middle school and led to their 200-hour teacher training in Encinitas in 2013. Tracy specializes in children’s yoga, music, and mindfulness, and is currently a Teaching Artist with Yo Re Mi Kids, supporting newborns through teenagers across New York City schools.Tracy’s work is informed by advanced training and certifications in Tibetan Buddhism, Restorative Yoga, Journey Dance, Craniosacral Therapy, Kids Music and Yoga, Feng Shui, and Digital Wellness. They integrate these modalities to deliver playful programming that enhances experience, supports nervous system regulation, and deepens engagement. In addition to teaching, Tracy partners with studios and wellness brands to optimize space flow and energetic alignment through feng shui and energy cleansings, helping create environments that feel welcoming, balanced, and supportive.
