Trina's yoga journey began quite accidentally when she started looking for a way to balance and counteract the stresses from her High Tech job.
After her first yoga class, she knew immediately that yoga was already in her mind, body and soul. Trina is a RYT200 Certified Yoga Teacher with experience in Vinyasa style classes. She has a deep understanding of how asana and breath work together to form a meditative and rewarding practice, and has a strong focus on alignment and muscle activation. Trina has been trained in Yin Yoga and she's studied poses and modifications for many different body types and abilities. She's has experience in understanding if someone is running into tensile resistance, or compression and can help people find their own perfect pose. Trina believes yoga is for anyone and everyone. It offers you a way to connect to yourself – whatever you need on that particular day, whether it is your mind, body or soul.
