About
Trish Little is a Licensed Massage Therapist and RYT with over 15 years of experience in helping people feel better.
Time and time again, it became clear that mindful movement was one of the best ways to stay healthy and pain free. As a light Yoga student for over 13 years, Trish knew the value of a yoga practice for well being. Trish became very dedicated to her Yoga practice in 2011. Feeling the changes and improvements in so many areas in her personal practice, becoming certified to teach was the next logical step in her professional and personal journey. Through her CPT certification Trish taught Restorative Yoga for a year under the guidance of Elan Adams at Spiral Branch Yoga and became a RYT 200 through Spiral Branch Yoga School in December of 2014. In addition to her initial RYT 200, Trish holds certifications in: Curvy Yoga ( Anna Guest-Jelly) Yoga for All ( Dianne Bondy and Amber Karnes) Accessible Yoga ( Jivuna Heyman and Amber Karnes Dementia Chair Yoga ( Kathleen Colonello) These certifications have given Trish the tools to teach to diverse populations: People in different-abled bodies, Older bodies and Bigger Bodies. Trish specializes in teaching Beginners and Yogis in bigger bodies. Trish's personal practice is based on the Ashtanga method. When Trish isn't practicing or teaching Yoga, you can find her hanging with her fur- family and enjoying the sunshine.
