Hello! I am a registered 200 hour yoga teacher as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master.
I have had a long standing love interest with yoga since I was about 11 years old and have practiced off and on since 2006. I love teaching many different styles of yoga but I really love where we focus on how we feel in our own bodies and deepening our personal relationship with yoga. Drop all expectations and allow yourself a moment to just be.
