Ty'ya Givens is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Yoga has been a part of Ty'ya's life for nearly 15 years. Outside of being a yoga teacher she is the VP of Marketing for Honor Yoga Foundation and sits as a member of the foundation's Board of Directors as well as an advisory member for its Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism council. Ty'ya hopes to spread the message of self-love & body positivity, the decolonization of yoga, and inclusivity in yoga through her practice and teaching. Ty'ya currently offers private sessions and small group classes both in-person and virtually.
