I strive to teach "purposeful yoga" for long term health benefits by including asanas that promote specific well being and articulating these benefits to my class.
I teach an alignment-based class incorporating Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative poses and integrative breathing. I learned yoga as a tween. I have seen the benefits a regular practice brings: physical well being, discipline, a positive mind and a caring attitude towards others. I teach at Eastpointe Health and Fitness in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. I also enjoy running, swimming and being outdoors. I find yoga as a purposeful means to train the mind and body to stretch, recover and build strength. Be Happy and Healthy and Do More Good!!
