I am delighted to share the non-competitive art of Yoga with others.After practicing Yoga regularly for more than 35 years, my teaching focuses on a gentle practice, guiding students toward mind-body awareness and feeling better in their own bodies.
I am registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour RYT level and completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Ayurvedic Yoga at Yoga Gem LLC Montgomery, AL.
