Vaijayanthi Sridhar was introduced to yoga as a teenager in India, Since 2005,she renewed her deep interest in yoga and pursued yoga education and practice.
Continuing her passion for yoga, Vaijayanthi trained with Esther Ekhart of Ekhart yoga, Netherlands ,to become a yoga teacher and completed her 200 RYT certification in March2015. Vaijayanthi added YIN Yoga to her repertoire when she completed a 50hr Yin yoga teacher training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts at the Semperviva you studio in Vancouver,Canada in November 2015. Vaijayanthi now teaches Hatha flow yoga classes and Yin yoga classes at the Texas yoga Center in Houston,TX, USA. She also teaches private group lessons in a residential community. Her goal is to help her students practice yoga with awareness and self-acceptance to derive maximum benefit for a healthy body and a healthier mind. Vaijayanthi is always looking to enrich her knowledge. She completed a 25 hr online course, Vinyasa101-The fundamentals of flow with Eddie Modestini and Nicki Doane in January2017. Recently, she completed ‘Yoga for Athletes’ immersion with Tiffany Cruikshank.
