In I completed my hour yoga teacher training with Matt Giordano with an emphasis on Chromatic Yoga My hour yoga teacher certification is through Yoga Motion under the guidance of Nancy Ruby and Martha Piersma I have taught over hours of yoga and am now an E-RYT through Yoga Alliance In I completed hours of advanced training in prenatal yoga with Yo Mama inspired by teachers Kirsten Warner and Katie Wise and I am now a practicing RPYT In I completed a Health Coach certification through the American Council on Exercise and am a Certified Coach of Yoga Mindset Coaching through the Sangha Yoga Institute I have training in trauma-informed yoga yin yoga and yoga nidra otherwise known as yogic sleep I continue to take courses and trainings as a way to grow personally and professionally I hold a BA from the University of Vermont and a MEd from the University of Montana in Curriculum and Instruction.
