I have embraced coming into my own at my own pace with all that I do Yoga teaching and training is no exception While I have had a personal practice since my s I did not teach or consider it until much later in life What is truly a gift of taking your time is that when you do decide to embrace your path it can seem as if it was waiting for you all along and its exactly where you need to be I have a great passion for teaching accessible and adaptive yoga yin yoga and teacher training While learning to become a teacher is challenging and being able to understand how to apply movement and postures to various bodies I thrive in helping guide other teachers in training to be well equipped to teach with adaptions and a solid foundation of safety Currently I am pursuing in a Yoga Therapy program to deepen and broaden the depth of anatomical knowledge and healthy functional movement through study and practice So go ahead slow down take your time growlearn and practice with me at your own pace.
