Being a practitioner of Yoga has always been a hidden passion for over 17 years, and have had the fortunate ability to achieve the RYT certification last October of 2021. What brought me to this space what a multitude of layered reasons. The main being my daughter Harper whom is the absolute love of my life. She requires someone to be ready and focused on her full time at the drop of a hat in the event she needs support. I can't promise perfection, BUT the goal is to get you to work from within, move the body within that space, and let go of any pre-conceived notions of how a magazine cover my speak to you about what Yoga is, that may be entirely all too unrealistic no matter how beautiful that picture appears.
