My certification is in Vinyasa Yoga thru Rolf Gates of Rolf Gates Enterprises of Santa Ana, CA. I am also certified in Laughing Yoga from Barata Wingham of Yogaville in Buckingham, VA, Aerial Yoga from Kat Harmon from Karmic Air Training, Subtle Yoga online training thru Kristine Kaoverii Weber of the Subtle Training Institute and a Meditation Certification from New Skills Academy. I recently received my certification as a Yoga of 12 Step Recovery Leader from R Nikki Myers. I am an instructor at Samadhi School of Yoga and Heart of Salisbury Yoga and Wellness. My passion is teaching and learning!
