About
My priority is creating accessible, safe spaces for yoga practice.
I welcome students of all ages, abilities, and experience. I am trauma-informed, and certified to teach restorative and pre/postnatal programs. My classes are peaceful and lighthearted, slow paced with a lot of clear direction so that you can focus on your practice instead of trying to figure out what you should be doing ;) I love teaching, truly, and am honored by the presence of every single student, in every single class. Grateful for the opportunity to share my practice with others. Vanessa Oat Ghantous is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
