She completed Yoga for Arthritis Training, Perinatal Yoga, Yin and restorative Yoga to make yoga accessible to all. Verena’s dynamic flow classes integrate Ayurvedic principles to promote overall well-being. As a former pediatric nurse and current postpartum doula, Verena is dedicated to supporting new mothers and offers specialized pre- and postnatal yoga classes.
