She teaches a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and the teachings of the Sutras of Patanjali's to improve not just overall health and well-being but also supports your jouney of self-discovery and personal growth. She completed Yoga for Arthritis Training, Perinatal Yoga, Yin and restorative Yoga to make yoga accessible to all. Verena’s dynamic flow classes integrate Ayurvedic principles to promote overall well-being. As a former pediatric nurse and current postpartum doula, Verena is dedicated to supporting new mothers and offers specialized pre- and postnatal yoga classes.
