The nature of her class encourages students to shift from thinking to sensing, from head to heart and breathe to presence.
She advocates her students to find their edge, to step out of their comfort zones, whether jumping into handstand or surrendering in savasana. She supports the nature of all dynamic bodies and gives each student a chance to come home to their own human design through expression of breathe and movement. The intention is to create a space for her students to take a step inward – to cultivate a sense of listening and, from it, find balance on and off the mat. Here lies an invitation…to strike bodly forward, in honor of yourself; to give in as a means to let go. Come exist in a space of self-discovery; one of great unease, excitement and learning. The world needs you as you are. The world needs your expression. When you shift, we all shift. Every shift—small or grand is a chance towards further enlightenment of Self.
