After the birth of my first child in September 2015, I began to search for a way to express my passion of peace, flexibility and strength.
I quickly discovered, with thrill, all roads pointed to Yoga. Through self-taught diligence I built up my core skills and began to seek how to share my passion with others. In 2017, I have been able to accumulate over 495 hours of contact training, including 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher certification with Yoga Alliance International (April 2017) 200-hour Yoga for Wellness Teacher Training (September 2017) RYT 200 Certified 95-hour Children's Yoga for Wellness Teacher Training (October 2017) RCYT Certified With my newly acquired Certifications, I teach Yoga class for variety of audiences, including: Children (5-13) College Students (18-22) Business Professionals (22-40) Seniors (40-65) And all levels First time Beginners Intermediate Advanced I also continually expand my knowledge through books, and webinars. Both Private and Group lessons (no more than 4 students) available.
