Vicki Mazik is a Registered & Experienced Yoga Teacher E-RYT with Yoga Alliance in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Vicki is the owner of Zen Yoga Room Yoga studio located in Newark Delaware She has trained with Johnny Gillespie of Empowered Yoga Cara Bradley of Verge Power Yoga and Author & Master teacher Rolf Gates Vicki has studied Meditation with Scott McBride of Clear Light Meditation and David Nichtern senior teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche She has completed The Art of Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork taught by Mukti Michael Buck Founder/Director of The Vedic Conservatory Vicki has been teaching Yoga since She has instructed at many venues including teaching Yoga & Pilates at Christiana Hospital & Childrens Yoga at Cecil College Since being identified with Stage Rectal Cancer in July now cancer free and experiencing the debilitating side effects of radiation chemotherapy & radical surgery first hand she was inspired to develop Zen Cancer Warrior Program Zen Cancer Warrior Program is a comprehensive health program to work in conjuction with the traditional harsh cancer remedies and painful surgery that accompany the battle against cancer Her latest project is working with Cancer Patients that are going through Radiation Chemotherapy and/or Surgery using Yoga Breathing Meditation & Nutrition to naturally fight pain and eliminate and control the undesirable side effects.
