Hi I am Vicky Hoffman, owner of Mecca Wellness in Centerville, Ohio.
I opened Mecca Wellness to educate people on how to find within themselves the ability to create practical and sustainable techniques through yoga and yoga therapy that will help them develop their own personal wellness. I believe that everyone is unique and requires a unique approach to achieving their own wellness goals. I am a C-IAYT, certified yoga therapist. I have been doing yoga since I was 16 but it wasn't until recently I decided that teaching all aspects of yoga was something I had a passion for. I want to offer a safe and nurturing space for people to come and learn about all the benefits of yoga. I teach Chair Yoga, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Meditation, Athletes, and many different types of workshops. I offer one on one yoga and private group classes.
